Web and mobile product / QR infrastructure

Mosaqo

A business QR workspace for creating branded codes, updating destinations after print, tracking scans, and managing campaigns across web, iOS, and Android.

Mosaqo project visual
Problem

Basic QR generators produce a one-off image, but real campaigns need brand controls, reliable scanability, editable destinations, analytics, and a workspace that stays useful after printing.

Outcome

A cross-platform product that turns QR codes into a manageable channel with dynamic redirects, live scan analytics, print-ready exports, reusable brand templates, and API automation.

Context

What this project is

Mosaqo is a QR design and distribution workspace for businesses that use physical placements across menus, events, retail, packaging, real estate, and campaigns.

Approach

How I shaped it

I shaped the product around the full lifecycle of a business QR code: create the right code type, compose an on-brand card, verify scanability, export for print, then update and measure the live campaign from one workspace.

Decisions

Product and engineering choices

Separate static codes from dynamic redirects so printed materials can keep working when their destination changes.

Build contrast, quiet-zone, and logo-coverage checks into the editor before users export a design.

Connect web, iOS, Android, API, CSV, and webhook workflows around the same reusable QR workspace.
